Welcome to IndaSurvey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IndaSurvey website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to agree to these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use certain features, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to disable any account that violates these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading survey responses
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Use automated means to interact with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

By participating in surveys, you agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses, complete surveys to the best of your ability, and not share survey content unless explicitly permitted.

We reserve the right to withhold payment for surveys not completed in good faith.

For Individuals: You may earn rewards for completing surveys. Reward amounts are displayed before you begin. Payments are credited to your account balance and can be withdrawn per our payment policies. We may adjust or withhold payments for suspicious activity.

For Corporate Users: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Your credibility score reflects the quality of your survey responses. It affects your access to surveys and reward tiers. Scores change based on attention checks, response consistency, and completion quality.

Manipulation of the credibility system through fraudulent behavior will result in account suspension.

The Service and its content are the exclusive property of IndaSurvey and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with providing the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described therein.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use or contacting us. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IndaSurvey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
